Welcome to CryptoIngots!

CryptoIngots is a decentralized platform that allows users to mint, collect, and stake NFT ingots backed 1:1 by native blockchain tokens. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including The Mint (for creating ingots) and The Foundry (for staking and earning rewards).

By accessing or using CryptoIngots, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

For purposes of these Terms:

  • "Ingot" refers to an NFT (non-fungible token) minted on CryptoIngots that represents a specific amount of native blockchain tokens locked in a smart contract. Each ingot is backed 1:1 by the underlying tokens.
  • "The Mint" refers to the minting facility where users can create ingots by depositing native tokens into the smart contract.
  • "The Foundry" refers to the staking platform where users can stake their ingots to earn Nuggets (reward points) and participate in raffles, airdrops, and exclusive events.
  • "Nuggets" refers to reward points earned by staking ingots in The Foundry. Nuggets can be used for raffles, airdrops, and future platform benefits.
  • "Platform" refers to the CryptoIngots website, smart contracts, and all related services and features.
  • "You" refers to any user of the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, "you" also includes that entity.

These Terms contain important information about your legal rights and obligations. By using CryptoIngots, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms.

CryptoIngots is a decentralized platform with zero admin control. Once ingots are minted, they are governed entirely by smart contract logic. We cannot reverse transactions, recover lost assets, or intervene in contract operations.

Platform Services

The Mint

The Mint allows you to create NFT ingots by depositing native blockchain tokens into our smart contracts. Each ingot is backed 1:1 by the tokens you deposit. You can melt (redeem) your ingots at any time to reclaim the underlying tokens, subject to applicable melt fees and time-lock penalties.

The Foundry

The Foundry enables you to stake your ingots to earn Nuggets daily. Staked ingots remain in your custody and can be unstaked at any time. Nuggets can be used to enter raffles, claim airdrops, and access exclusive platform benefits. The Foundry also provides early access to future token launches and special events.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
  • You must ensure you are interacting with legitimate CryptoIngots smart contracts
  • You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency and NFTs
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your use of the Platform

Smart Contract Risks

CryptoIngots operates on blockchain smart contracts. While our contracts are designed with security in mind, you acknowledge that:

  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain networks may experience downtime or congestion
  • Gas fees and transaction costs are beyond our control
  • We cannot reverse transactions or recover assets lost due to user error

No Investment Advice

CryptoIngots does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. The Platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoIngots and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
